The central enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council ─ ─ China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd. (CATARC) invested and held shares, with Jiangsu Yueda Group and Jiangsu Dafeng Haigang Holding Group holding shares.
The construction of the China Automobile Research Institute Proving Ground started on December 31, 2011. It was completed and officially put into operation in 2016. The total investment of the project is RMB 2 billion, and the total length of the test road exceeds 60 kilometers.
It is mainly used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various materials, parts, elastomers, shock absorbers and components. It can perform tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue, crack growth, and fracture mechanics tests under sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, and combined waveforms. It can also be equipped with an environmental test device to complete environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.
Electro-hydraulic servo structure dynamic fatigue testing machine:

3. Test loading waveform: sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, ramp wave, trapezoidal wave, combination custom waveform, etc.
